Filios Villa is a ground level house in Gaitani area, large enough to host up to 8 guests. It features 3 bedrooms; 2 with 1 queen bed each, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa-double bed in one of house's 2 living rooms! Each bedroom is fully furnished, equipped with all amenities and with airconditioning for comfort during hot summer days. There are also 2 modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing lush family meals that you can enjoy in the spacious dinning area. Not one but 2 living rooms offer relaxed hours with your loved ones in comfortable couches and with a beautiful view outside. The house is surrounded by a large, gated garden with stone paved patios, furnished shady verandas, trees, flowers and bushes, an ideal place for safe and endless playing for children. Filios Villa's kind owners live in a small apartment at the basement, totally separated from the main house, kindly and discreetly offering their services whenever required.
